Here is a tip: Buy or “home-make” a fun water bottle that has positive wording on it. You then make it a point to drink and drink from the bottle all day long.

If you tape positive affirmations such as; “Drink me for life”, “I am beautiful”, “I love the way cool water makes my skin look” and so forth, you will find that you cannot wait to drink more water!

Also, toss in a lime, lemon or even a couple oranges into your water for a citrus taste that is mouth watering!
